💥 Dealing with neck pain, upper trap tightness, or that sharp “ice pick” sensation in your shoulder? You might have restricted first & second ribs causing irritation and limiting movement. Try this lacrosse ball mobilization to release tension, improve mobility, and reduce pain!

How to Do It:

✅ Place a lacrosse ball just above your collarbone (on your first rib).

✅ Lean forward about 90 degrees into a squat rack, doorway, or wall to apply gentle pressure.

✅ Move your arm through full range: • Raise your arm overhead (shoulder flexion). • Bring your arm behind your back (hand to the small of your back).

✅ Repeat for 2 minutes per side to free up your first & second ribs and relax the upper traps.

💡 Why This Works:

✔ Releases tension in the upper traps & neck

✔ Mobilizes first & second ribs for better overhead movement

✔ Relieves that sharp, stabbing “ice pick” pain in the shoulder & neck

✔ Improves range of motion for pressing, lifting, and daily activities
